I am one of those people who loves the idea of living out in the country, but the convenience and amenities of the city entice me. I have found I can have my farming fix in my own backyard as I melt into the evening listening to crickets serenade and contented hens cluck while plucking a tomato from my postage stamp garden. Sometimes small joys can help us realize we are indeed living the good life.
